The following Surprise Stadium ticket policies will apply to fans who purchased tickets to events under the previous Spring Training schedule and are affected by the changed schedule:
For games originally planned from February 26 through March 26, Mini-Plan ticket buyers will automatically get a full refund for the value of their individual tickets on the card used to make the purchase (s). Within 30 days, refunds will be processed.
From March 18 through March 26, season ticket holders will receive a credit for the full amount of the remaining ticket balance. They have the option of receiving a complete refund or using their credits toward more games. Season Ticket Holders will be contacted by Surprise Stadium representatives to discuss possibilities.
Group Ticket Holders with reservations for any games originally planned for February 26 through March 26 will be given the choice of selecting a different date in 2022 (pending availability) or receiving a full refund on the credit card used to make the purchase (s). Within 30 days, refunds will be processed. The Group Leaders will be in contact with representatives from Surprise Stadium.
Will supporters be permitted during Cactus League spring training?
