Fill your palette with hookers green and vivid yellow green. Keep in mind that hookers green is semi-opaque while dazzling yellow green is opaque. This step won’t require any white.
First, focus on the cactus on the left. Fill your #12 flat brush with vivid yellow green paint. Start at the top and drag your brush downward to construct the shape when painting these cactus. As you lower your arm, your stroke should start to feel dry. It’s not necessary for the cacti to be completely opaque. Let a little of that black show.
