This is typically how a typical cacti farm looks. Although such designs are not very effective, they can produce thousands of cacti each hour when used on a wide scale. The cactus are usually washed into hoppers by water streams that are usually installed at the bottom.

To build this design, start by assembling slabs into a sizable square. Sand blocks should then be placed every other block. Place the cactus in water streams until they all flow into hoppers. Dig out one of the sides that is 8 glass block wide

  • Connect a hopper after turning around to the backside of the chest. When placing the hopper, keep shift depressed to avoid unintentionally opening the chest.
  • Once the area has been covered with dirt, you’re done! This arm will descend if you started at ground level. You can either leave it as is or slightly raise the farm so that the collection area is at ground level.

That was fairly simple! Although this farm occupies a lot of territory, it is necessary. Cactuses require a minimum of a 3×3 space to grow because they cannot be placed right next to any other blocks.
