There are various areas to find cactus sap on the Ragnarok Map even before the real desert biome is available. Ragnarok’s access to all of Scorched Earth’s resources is fantastic. The cactus sap is currently only found in small, low-growing plants that resemble aloe, rather than the tall, tree-like cactuses you see on Scorched Earth. Similar to how you gather berries, fiber, etc., you must pick these by hand. In Ragnarok, you may now create adobe and rocket fuel!
There are currently more places. I was aware of just one when I created this video. Naturally, they have released the desert biome, which has a lot of cactuses to harvest from, since I recorded this video, which feels like it was filmed a million years ago at this point.
How may one obtain cactus sap in the Ark?
Cacti can be harvested for their sap with tools, however for this, you primarily need a pick or a hatchet (a chainsaw works best).
Whips can be used to gather smaller cactus, but tools or domesticated animals are required to gather larger ones.
Commonly found in desert biomes are cacti and specific trees that can be picked for cactus sap.

What is jerboa’s function in ARK?
Survivors utilize the Jerboa as a weather detector. The Jerboa is a timid, docile animal that flees when threatened in the wild. Its only defense is to flee, making it an accessible target for many predators.
Appearance[]
Although it has the appearance of a little kangaroo, a fennec fox’s head and ears are far more resemblant. It has a long, flexible tail that thickens in fur at the tip. It has big eyes and typically has stripes on its back that are a different color than the rest of its coat. The jerboa in ARK are substantially different from real-world jerboa. It’s the sweetest little thing ever.
Color Scheme and Regions[]
The Jerboa’s natural hues and areas are shown in this section. Red has been applied to the areas underneath an albino Jerboa to serve as a visual aid. To give players a general idea of the Jerboa’s natural color palette, colored squares are displayed beneath each region’s description. These squares represent the colors that the Jerboa will spawn with at random. To see the name and ID of a color, move your cursor over it.
By inputting the cheat SetTargetDinoColor ColorRegion> ColorID> in the cheat console, the Jerboa’s regions can be changed. For instance, the Jerboa’s “paws and back” would be colored magenta via the trick SetTargetDinoColor 0 6.
Scout
The Equus is able to go about locations to have a fast look around because it is swift and can travel a great distance without becoming weary easily.
A Lasso allows survivors to seize anything they think is valuable enough to bring back to their tribe or base.
Taming Mount
Wild animals may be held with the Lasso or brought back to a trap because the Equus permits survivors to use it.
Due to the torpor it causes and the rapidity at which it may be applied, the Buck Kick of the Equus can render victims unconscious.
How do I increase my sap in ARK?
You will need to create Tree Sap Taps, which will be placed on the side of the trees, in order to gather Sap from the Redwood Trees (big round trees in the Redwood biome).
To offer a surface on which to stand (or land your flyer) while you place and then gather sap, you might need to set up a tree platform.
The ideal technique to harvest sap is to scatter several Tree Sap Taps around a tree or group of trees, then return to collect from each one individually.
Each Tree Sap Tap will produce sap over the course of 10 minutes and 20 seconds, therefore having more than one will increase the efficiency of collection.
Pine
Pine sap is a wonder sap, as was previously said. As a protective mechanism, pine trees exude resin. This sap starts out as a liquid that is golden and finally becomes solid amber. It’s common to find amber fragments with completely preserved insects inside of them, which should provide some insight on the characteristics of pine sap.
Self-care uses for this miraculous sap include treating rashes, stopping bleeding, and treating cuts. It is a two-for-one remedy for treating and bandaging wounds because it is a natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and astringent. Even chewing gum can be used to treat colds and sore throats using the softer sap.
Additionally, pine sap can be used to waterproof seams on boots, boats, and containers. Indians utilized it in the past to mend their teepees and waterproof their canoes. Despite being waterproof, dried resin globs can be used as a fire starting in damp weather.
Birch
One of the best fluids to consume is birch tree water or sap. It comprises proteins, enzymes, amino acids, and xylitol sugars and has the texture of thin syrup. Birch also assists some body organs, including the liver and kidneys, and has remarkable healing and detoxifying properties. Birch cellulite oil is also said to aid in the gradual removal of cellulite.
Maple
Purely extracted maple sap has been shown to relieve osteoporosis-like symptoms, prevent the development of gastric ulcers, lower blood pressure, and even prevent hangovers. While maple syrup for biscuits and pancakes may be the first thing that comes to mind.
Harvesting Tree Sap Made Simple
The process of collecting sap is weather-dependent. When sap “runs,” which is when daytime temperatures range from 32 to 45 degrees while nighttime lows are below freezing, it is easier to collect. Research is crucial before attempting to tap a tree since particular diameters and heights are optimum for harvesting. Utilizing a bit size recommended for your spile, drill a hole into your tree. After beginning your hole, insert the spile at a downward angle and gently pound the tapered end with a hammer to secure it. A drop will appear at the spile’s tip if the sap is flowing. From the spile, dangle a covered collection container. One harvest of sap per day is permitted. Once the collection season is through, carefully twist and pull the spike out with a pair of pliers to remove it. Sap that has been harvested can be frozen or kept in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can sip it alone or use it to create coffee or tea instead of water.
