Pets, on the other hand, may be poisoned by this delicacy. “Saponins,” according to Dr. Muirhead, are toxic to dogs and cats and can cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea, as well as lethargy.

Euphorbia
Euphorbia is a big and diversified genus that encompasses anything from tiny, low-growing plants to gigantic giants.
According to Dr. Marty Goldstein, an integrative veterinarian and best-selling book, many succulents in the euphorbia genus, such as the pencil cactus and crown of thorns, are deadly to both cats and dogs.
According to Dr. Goldstein, the symptoms of poisoning from eating this delicacy range from gastrointestinal distress to skin and eye irritation.
Any plant in the euphorbia genus, including the toxic poinsettia, should be avoided if you have pets.
Jade
Jade is a typical, easy-to-grow houseplant that may be found on many windowsills, similar to aloe vera. The strong, woody stems and plump, oval leaves of jade plants give them a tree-like look.
