Because of its ability to endure neglect and poor growing conditions, this houseplant has become popular. - Replace the soil. New soil may offer nutrients that your plant is missing. For the greatest results, use soil designed for tropical plants. Make sure the soil is not overly compacted, since this can lead to drainage issues and root rot in the future.
- Fertilize the soil. Restoring nutrients to the soil will aid in the recovery of the plant. Make sure you’re using the right fertilizer. Using the incorrect fertilizer might hurt some plants and cause root damage.
How do I get my umbrella plant to branch?
You have a few options for repairing your leggy schefflera plants. If you want to cure your leggy plant and reproduce it at the same time, air-layering is the way to go.
