He claimed that the Ghana Commercial Bank contributed US$13.0 million, the Libyan Government Investment Company in Africa contributed US$4.5 million, and the Ghana Government contributed US$3.7 million in addition to the hotel’s real estate.
The completion of the project, according to the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon. Emmanuel Owusu Ansah, was a sign of the friendly ties between Ghana and the Libya Arab Republic.

Internationally, we have a sizable pipeline in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and looking ahead to the following year, we plan to keep expanding our F&B operations while also making significant efforts to expand our hotel business.
3. What will your industry face as its largest issue in the next months?
This business is made up of a variety of components, such as your offering, your location, and your pricing, but your staff is by far the most crucial element. To be able to continue finding the right talent to bring into the culture of the kind of hospitality that we want to do is always a challenge, and I think it’s one of the toughest ones especially as we grow exponentially. The talent that works in our business is the key pillar of everything that we do.
4. In your opinion, how will the hotel sector look in five years?
I believe the hospitality industry is already rebounding significantly and will continue to do so. You’ll notice a sudden urge to travel, gather, and rejoice as soon as we permit customers to mingle. Therefore, I believe that the economy will recover as soon as we are free of the pandemic. Whether it takes a month or a year, I’m not sure, but it will happen. This is a given, and we have repeatedly observed that as soon as the regulations are relaxed, business will pick up.
