Your euphorbia appears to be in great shape overall. This plant doesn’t ever grow particularly thick stems. The quantity of light the lower stems receive when they first emerge largely determines how thick they are.
Yours are sagging because the pot they’re in is too big. There would be less leeway for them to sway if it was securely potted. It wouldn’t be a smart idea to try to reduce the pot size at this time, though.

For many species of euphorbias, cutting-based propagation is the simplest and fastest approach. It can also be used to trim an old plant back into shape. Use a clean, sharp knife to make the cuttings. If at all possible, branching species should be clipped at the branching point. Decapitate solitary plants like Euphorbia bupleurifolia or Euphorbia piscidermis to promote the growth of side shoots that may then be pulled off and planted.
Spring, when growth begins, is the ideal season to collect cuttings, but summer is also a good period. Cuttings should only be used in an emergency to save plants with root rot since they have little chance to take root when taken in the fall or winter.
After cutting, the latex must be entirely removed in a glass of water or by spritzing. Quickly following the flow, cold water and a brief contact with a candle or match ignite.
Large-leaved Euphorbias should have the leaves chopped off with a knife directly above the cut. Before planting, the cut surface should be allowed to dry for one or better, several days, for species without leaves. Leafy Madagascan plants just require a little period of drying. Euphorbia francoisii, Euphorbia cylindrifolia, Euphorbia pachypodioides, Euphorbia ankarensis, and Euphorbia millotii are a few of the Madagascan Euphorbias that have been successfully propagated from leaf cuttings. Rock wool cubes are set on coarse sand in a tray, and leaves are gently removed off the plants—not cut—and placed inside of them. These Phyllanthus epiphylanthus stem axillary buds, which develop into flat green organs,
are modified branches that have tiny scale leaves on their edges and axillary flower buds (arrows) above them.
Of course, certain “look-alikes” could deceive the untrained (often illustrated in botany textbooks).
Phyllanthus epiphyllanthus is another example of a flattened green branch carrying numerous tiny flowers.
In other words, its actual leaves are small scales found underneath each flower and on its branch that resembles a leaf.

However, these “leaves are identical in internal structure and growth to the more conventional leaves of other related mahoganies.
The internal architecture, growth, and developmental features of the leaf-tip bud are all distinctly leaflike.
I came to the conclusion that while each actually is a leaf, it retains its juvenile phases for a lot longer than is typical.
The reason why only two genera of blooming plants have such branchlike leaves is still a mystery.

are other examples of the enormous and intriguing diversity that the tropics have to offer.
How can rubber plants be encouraged to branch?
Let’s face it, everyone like a houseplant that grows quickly to please us. Ficus elastica, or rubber tree plants, are quite common additions to our houses for this reason. It will grow quite a bit if you give it a decent location. However, Rubber Trees don’t branch well when left to its own devices, so without some assistance, you can end up with a single stalk that extends from the floor to the ceiling.
Is it possible to make a rubber tree plant branch out? Due to the rubber tree’s natural tendency, branching rarely happens on its own (particularly in younger plants), hence pruning is required to encourage branching through nodes on the stem. The plant will start to sprout new branches below the cut if you pinch or prune back new growth.
Now, this is not a method for the weak of heart. We try our best to care for and maintain the health of our indoor plants, therefore the thought of pruning otherwise content plants makes us feel a little uneasy. However, the greatest technique to encourage branching for a fuller, bushier appearance is by dramatically cutting back Rubber Tree stalks.
How can I speed up the growth of Euphorbia?

This keeps the cut end from decomposing by allowing the sap to develop a callus.
You should try planting euphorbias if you want a creeping, beautifully flowered groundcover or a huge, thornless specimen of a cactus that is 6 feet (2 meters) tall. They provide the gardener more than just excellent looks in return, serving as a constant reminder of the diversity and beauty found in nature.
How frequently should Euphorbia be watered?
