Do You Lilac It Opi Review

I hope everyone is having a good time! I’m here to discuss my most recent lavender nail polish! It is one of the vivid colors in OPI’s selection of vivid nail lacquers. I was actually in a long line when I saw these colorful nail polish collections (don’t tell me you only look at your feet all the time; I now investigate the majority of things while in lines). In the end, I simply left and asked my husband to keep our home since I was unable to begin the agonizing line again and because I feel better at ease without him around. Anyway, keep reading to learn more about OPI’s Do You Lilac It nail polish.

Look-at-me nails are created with high-fashion vivid hues. Brights by OPI provides the colors that have attitude and confidence all of their own, whether you’re looking to compliment a strong sense of style or add a flash of vivid and vibrant color.

My Experience with OPI Nail Lacquer in Do You Lilac It:

I chose this delicate, milky lavender colour because I wanted to match the current spring season! I truly adore lavender, but lavenders may be a bit problematic for me since sometimes they look really nice and other times I appear dark in this shade.

On my skin, this milky lavender nail polish looks incredibly subtle yet dazzling because it is creamy and just a little thick without shimmers. This color is also a little tricky, but it gives me a cool toned look overall and makes me feel so joyful and refreshed when I look at my nails! Although it doesn’t lighten my skin tone, I’m delighted that it doesn’t also give me a tanned appearance.

It distributes perfectly on my nails in a single stroke without streaking or seeming goopy, giving me an opaque, non-streaky, creamy finish in just one pass. For the finishing touch, I only need a second swipe, and most of the time, one swipe is plenty. It goes without saying that it is my ideal spring shade, right after the green nail polish I will soon share!

In addition, aside from their durability on my nails, I never experienced any significant problems with OPI nail lacquers. It’s a relief that this specific nail color stays on my nails for a whole 6-7 days without chipping. However, after a week, it starts to flake a little. I have been wearing my spring collection nonstop since the day I received it home and am overall really delighted with it. I urge you all to wear this milky lavender; I know it’s a tough colour, but I have a feeling you won’t be able to help it.

  • For finishing, I only need a second stroke to make minor adjustments.

Cons OPI Nail Lacquer in Do You Lilac It:

The majority of Asian skin tones struggle with the colour.

Being completely honest, I have no complaints about this milky lavender nail polish. I’ve already received praise from everyone for my eye-catching summertime colour! I have to purchase it repeatedly! You understand, ladies; I’m willing to wager you’ll be smitten with its delicate milky lavender. I’d rate it a perfect 5.

Is OPI nail polish a good investment?

OPI is among the top brands of nail polish when it comes to quality. This company was originally formed to sell dental supplies, but in 1989 it shifted to selling lacquers and nail care items. They come in an amazing array of colors and have durable wear that doesn’t chip easily.

OPI nail polish pros

Finding secure nail polish needs to be a top focus. Because OPI products are “3 free,” they do not include any of the three worst chemicals:

  • Toluene
  • Formaldehyde
  • DPB

Application of this lacquer is simple thanks to the provided brush. It has a larger, flatter brush and a tapered handle that is comfortable to use. OPI is quite simple to apply an even coat of using the traditional three-stroke technique preferred by pros. The majority of applications will resist chipping for several days.

OPI nail polish cons

It is preferable to stay with lighter hues if chipping is a concern. Darker hues have a reputation for chipping more quickly than the lighter tones offered by OPI. This could influence your decision when it comes to choosing a hue, even though they still have excellent longevity.

After shaking the lacquer, some people have seen bubbles that can interfere with how the polish is applied.
