You will have to wait and hope that Leif shows up to shop at his store because, regrettably, he does not currently have a permanent residence on the Animal Crossing: New Horizons islands. Nintendo might eventually add a permanent Leif’s Flower Shop structure to the game, but we don’t believe this has happened yet.
Leif will probably show up on your first new day (starting the game after 5AM) after installing the Version 1.2 April Update, based on what we’ve seen so far, but we can’t say for sure if it’s certain just yet. Some sources claim that Leif won’t arrive until the next day.
