PP begins with a clean, pleasantly green, sweet, and almost aquatic scent that makes me think of cucumber. After some time, it took on a more recognized green apple flavor with a delicate, fresh floral aroma “rosy odor I detected some white musk, followed by delicate vanilla & sandalwood, in the dry down.
The EDP I have has terrible performance (1-2 hours max). Get the mist and save money.
PP is a likeable, uncomplicated, flower for the summer that is far from “perfect. I believe BBW has superior flowers (Japanese Cherry Blossom and Butterfly Flower come to mind).
Aah… I’m now using it and have received numerous praises from my friends. This one has a floral fragrance reminiscent of Victoria Secret. But the peony note is the most prominent. But it’s so seamless and flawless.

I appreciate that it has a really floral, fresh aroma. After two to three hours, it dries and takes on a faint vanilla aroma. Despite the fact that I dislike vanilla, the aroma was so mild and unobtrusive that I accepted it. There is simply a faint, lingering sweetness at around 4-5 hours.
Overall, it’s a very fresh, feminine, young perfume that never fails to please me. It lasts around five hours on me. I have nothing negative to say. It’s not spectacular, but it’s also not bad. It’s great.

It is a flowery perfume that is extremely light, easy to wear, and safe to wear whether you are in your late teens or late 50s. It also has a tinge of sweetness.
You might want to give this smell a try if you’re a bride seeking for a scent to wear on your special day.
When I initially sprayed it, I compared it to Gingham in certain ways. However, I prefer this one because I don’t like the aroma of Gingham’s dry down. Gingham is also considerably tastier and cozier. And almost entirely unisex. Regarding Perfect Peony, it has a floral, fresh, and somewhat sweet flavor.
I’ll say it lasts for no more than three hours, but if you use it with a body lotion or cream that has a similar scent, it might last 4-5 hours.
Why is B&BW so well-known? I worked hard to visit one of their businesses in the Galleria mall where I work, and I left absolutely perplexed. I tested this one and honestly believed it would be a scrubber, but happily it didn’t stay very long. It’s very difficult to explain to you. The only way I could describe it is as a really acrid flowery water. No vanilla scent to balance it could be detected. Peonies are a challenging floral to nail; if I remember correctly, some have no scent at all while others can be mildly spicy. As a result, peonies are essentially a perfumer’s interpretation of a floral. And the perfumer didn’t even bother to soften it; they just went pretty hard. Regarding B&BW, I’ll state that their salespeople are really aggressive. I can see why people buy; in fact, I nearly did it to avoid people from asking me what I was looking for. I was there because I didn’t know what I was looking for. To keep them away from me, I started carrying around a bottle of this, which I eventually used to spray myself. Before the checkout counters, which this particular store had three of, were herded me there using gorilla techniques, I departed. I believe that is why they are so well-liked.
Although the primary floral note has been changed, the scent’s white musk foundation is essentially the same, which is why it smells a *lot* like B&BW’s Rose perfume, which I’ve already evaluated. This isn’t a negative thing; you’re just forced to compare the two, especially if you own both at once. One notable variation is the addition of a faint fruity accent to the flowery aroma; I would have assumed it was apple, but kiwi makes sense too. Similar to Rose, it has a very creamy and delicate scent and is a crisp, clean floral that is perfect for any occasion. The one drawback of this blind purchase, if you prefer floral scents, is that it doesn’t linger very long—at least not on my skin.

Bath & Body Works’ The Perfect Peony is packaged in a fairly attractive square transparent glass container with a blue spherical lid. In all honesty, when it comes to items that are so personal, like scents, I appreciate minimalistic packaging. It has a floral embossment at the rear and the words “Perfect Peony” on the front “The Perfect Peony in the flower’s backdrop is stunning.
In addition to all the information and components, the exterior carton package contains a pretty intriguing message. It’s such a kind gesture to include something like this with things for personal use; it never fails to make the recipient smile.
The perfume is described as “An airy blend of peony, natural apple oil, and vanilla sandalwood” by Bath and Body Works. That is, in my opinion, a pretty clear explanation. Pure and potent flower notes are the first ones that I notice when I spray it on. It almost smells like a bouquet of flowers (peony?) because of how lovely the floral component is. Within 5 minutes, the scents begin to calm down a bit, at which point a faint fruitiness begins to show; the floral punch now sort of takes a backseat. The vanilla also gradually comes to light. If you have a sophisticated sense of smell, you can appreciate sandalwood after about a half or an hour; otherwise, it is simple to miss.
The floral notes dominate the entire duration of the scent, along with a very slight amount of vanilla and some fruitiness. Even though I am not a huge fan of floral scents, as I indicated above, I enjoyed this one since the floral notes become more softer and remain longer after application than they do in other floral perfumes. For those who don’t like too floral scents, the base note’s blend of vanilla and sandalwood makes it very pleasant.
I see the perfume to have a very feminine and fresh personality. as if you would wear it during the day. For some reason, I associate it with summer because it’s informal. If you enjoy floral scents, you may actually wear this in the evening as well.
I can still smell it for around four to five hours. After which, if I put my wrist very close to my nose, I might occasionally be able to smell it. It has respectable sillage. It’s not too excellent or horrible. People who are close to you can still smell it for around two hours after you stop wearing it. But eventually, it starts to go away.
If you enjoy BBW scents, you may have tried “Gingham. Actually, Perfect Peony makes me think of Gingham, although Gingham is considerably warmer than Perfect Peony. You might contrast it with the “The base note of the rose fragrance is also more creamy, though. Perfect peony, however, has a fruity undertone.
Overall, it is less probable that you would choose incorrectly with this fragrance if you enjoy floral scents. However, you can also give this a try in the stores if you like. I particularly dislike “Unfortunately, jasmine enjoys the scent of flowery perfumes, which includes most of them. A wonderful change, then, is the perfect peony. It is fragrant and distinctive without being overly overt. The fact that it doesn’t stay very long on me is the only drawback I can think of. I can rarely increase the wear time by more than 30 minutes, even after applying the body cream from the same line.
