In 2022, will there be any spring training?
The updated schedule for 2022 Spring Training presented by Camping World, which will start on March 17 officially, was released by Major League Baseball today.
According to the new calendar, Grapefruit League Clubs will play a regionalized schedule, while Cactus League Clubs will play a minimum of 17 or 18 games (depending on the Club) during the official 21-day timeframe (March 17–April 6). The Arizona Diamondbacks’ Spring Training schedule will start on Thursday, March 17, when they play the Colorado Rockies at Salt River Fields as the visiting team. As of 3 p.m., neither the start time nor the availability of tickets online for that match have been disclosed.
Has the 2022 spring season been canceled?
