There are times when Cripps won’t even attempt to put up your camp, and other times when he will do so only to quickly tear it down again. Hopefully future updates will address this, but in the interim, we advise stopping the online mode, loading it back up, and trying again if you find yourself without a camp for an extended period of time. Beyond that, Rockstar’s servers are completely out of your control.
How to Get Materials for Your Trader Company
Animal components are referred to in this game as materials. Getting fur for a butcher and hunting animals are very similar, although there are some key differences. One reason is that delivering materials to your business won’t immediately result in payment; the payment will come after the major delivery. The material meter will increase slightly for every concession you make, and it will increase significantly for large catches (such as an alligator hide or a dead deer). You can now simply walk away as Cripps transforms your submitted materials into sellable stock automatically over time while you engage in other activities.
Does Cripps Accept Fish and Raw Meat?
Not at all, but with good reason. Instead of selling food or becoming a butcher, Cripps trades in useful materials like skins, hides, horns, rendered fat, and so forth. He won’t buy any of the meat or fish you have in your inventory, so if you don’t want to cook it yourself, we advise taking it to a regular butcher’s store and selling it there. The latter of them will always be riskier and take a lot longer, but you’ll gain extra money in exchange (the menu will specify how much). Once you arrive at the delivery location, there’s a considerable probability that robbers will be attacking it; park the wagon a little distance back to protect it and work to eliminate them as quickly as you can. The sale will be canceled and you won’t receive anything if they kill the customers.
Should I Do Long or Short Distance Trader Deliveries?
Despite the fact that short-distance deliveries don’t pay as well as the profitable solutions we have advocated up to this point, we will do so in this section.
Why? Long-distance travel, on the other hand, is so much more expensive that it frequently goes in circles and loses money again, requiring you to travel halfway around the world for only a few dollars.
