  • paprika sweet, 2 tablespoons
  • 6 pods of cardamom (seeds only)
  • olive juice
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 kilogram of big, bone-in camel flesh
  • Garlic cloves, two
  • Ras el hanout, two tablespoons
  • beef stock, 2 cups
  • Honey, 1/4 cup
  • 6/3 cups of raisins
  • pepper and salt as desired

Oil the tagine or large pot, line the bottom with onion slices, and then distribute the camel meat over them.
